Jongan Kim Jongan Kim (Faculty)

Biography:
Jong-An Kim has been a presiding administrative judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) since June 2007, where he is responsible for handling industrial property related issues. Mr. Kim has administered various intellectual property policies and managed organizational and budgetary affairs for more than twenty years. He has also taught intellectual property law at several universities and has given regular lectures on the subject of trademark law and practice at the Graduate School of Intellectual Property and Law at Yonsei University and IIPTI. Dr. Kim holds an LL.B. form Seoul National University and an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Hannam University, Republic of Korea. Jong-An Kim is accompanied by Minsu Kyoeong.
