Biography:
Erik Belfrage joined the Investor AB Group in 1987 as personal advisor to chairman emeritus Peter Wallenberg and as senior vice president of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB). He was appointed director of Investor AB Group in 1997. Since 2005 he has also served as senior advisor to the chairman of Investor AB Group, Jacob Wallenberg, and to the chairman of SEB, Marcus Wallenberg. He then started his career at Sal Oppenheim et Co. in Cologne, Germany, before entering the Swedish Diplomatic Service. He has served in Geneva, Washington, Bucharest, Beirut and Paris. Mr. Belfrage chairman of several boards and commissions. He obtained an M.B.A from the Stockholm School of Economics
