Biography:
Ken Endo is a professor in the Department of Politics at the School of Law, Hokkaido University, Japan, and the president of RC-3 (European Unification), International Political Science Association. He has taught at numerous schools, including the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, and was a Jean Monnet Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre at the European University Institute, Florence, Italy, as well as a Emiel Noël Fellow at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, MA, USA. He holds a master's degree in law from Hokkaido University, a master's degree in political science from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and a doctorate from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
